Founded in 1920 in Mataró, Barcelona, ZD Zero Defects has produced underwear, pyjamas and socks in the same factory ever since, keeping production local and fully artisanal. The brand crafts its garments from natural fibres like Egyptian cotton, organic cotton, modal, mercerized cotton and soy yarn, chosen for their softness, breathability and durability.
