Enora Billard is a designer and cabinetmaker who set up Atelier Pastis Olive in 2020, at the edge of a forest between Honfleur and Deauville. She shapes boards, utensils, small decor and furniture by hand from local solid wood: ash, oak, chestnut, beech and cherry.
