Lofoten Seaweed: Wild Arctic seaweed from Norway

In the fishing village of Napp, Lofoten, fisherman’s daughter Angelita and Japanese-New Zealand foodie Tamara founded Lofoten Seaweed to bring wild Arctic seaweed into modern kitchens. The female-led business hand-harvests seaweed from the nutrient-rich waters of Nappstraumen, where the Gulf Stream meets the Norwegian Sea.
