L'Arbre à Café: French producer and roaster of specialty coffee
In 2009, Hippolyte Courty founded L'Arbre à Café in France, pioneering specialty coffee in the country. The company now operates as both a producer and roaster, controlling the entire chain from plant to cup through its own biodynamic farms in Peru and Ethiopia, as well as direct, long-term partnerships with around 15 producers.
