The story

INTI Knitwear: Hand-Knit Alpaca Garments from Ecuador

Anna Cales founded INTI Knitwear in 1992 after falling in love with Ecuador’s culture and landscapes during a backpacking trip with Leon. The brand grew from a small adventure into a knitting community of 700 women, with a studio in Otavalo where knitters gather to work, share meals and create each collection together.
