In 2017, Alex Wright and Jack Scott launched Dash Water in the UK after witnessing up to 40% of global fruit and vegetable crops go to waste due to cosmetic standards. Surplus and imperfect fruits and vegetables are transformed by the brand into sugar-free, unsweetened, zero-calorie sparkling water with natural flavours.
