The story

Chocolat Encuentro: Bean-to-Bar Chocolate from Lille

Candice and Antoine opened their first bean-to-bar chocolate factory in Punta Cana in 2012 after discovering cacao in the Dominican Republic. Forced to leave, they launched Encuentro in Montreuil in 2017, then moved to a century-old textile mill in Saint-André-lez-Lille in 2021, where a team of 35 now crafts chocolate exclusively from cacao beans.
