The story
Bask in the Sun: ethical maritime menswear from the Basque coast
Bask in the Sun was founded in 2013 in Guéthary, on France’s Basque coast, to create a men’s wardrobe inspired by marine clothing and urban fashion. The brand designs its collections in the Basque Country and manufactures them 800 km away in Braga, northern Portugal, where spinning, dyeing, printing and sewing occur within a tight radius to minimise transport.
