Amolia: Upcycled Textiles and Furniture from Denmark
Amolia began in 2021 in Holbæk, Denmark, upcycling discarded textiles from industrial laundry houses into bags, cushions, and accessories. The brand collects clean, used fabrics from facilities such as Region Hovedstaden and Elis, then manually sorts and cuts them at its warehouse.
White textiles are dyed with GOTS-certified organic dyes, while pre-dyed fabrics are sewn directly into new products. Amolia’s production starts with textiles from Danish laundry houses, including hospital uniforms, blankets, and sheets.
